Avril Lavigne nominated at the MMVA 2012
Avril Lavigne has been nominated for the “Intl. Video of the Year by a Canadian” award at the MuchMusic Video Awards. Unfortunately, we can’t vote to decide who will be the winner but let’s all hope Avril wins this year.
10 Years of the release of “Complicated”!
That’s right! Today marks the 10th anniversary of the release of Avril’s debut single, Complicated! Let’s remember this song was released under Arista Records and got Avril nominated for the Grammy Awards in 2003. In its year of release it made Avril win Best New Artist at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards.
The song was such a hit that it got certified 2× Multi-Platinum in Australia. The song has sell over 100,000 copies in Canada and it has been given gold and platinum single certifications by the CRIA. Watch the official music video for the song on YouTube!
Remember that next month we will be celebrating the 10 year anniversary the release of Avril’s debut album, Let Go!

Yesterday (March 13), JustFab celebrated the launch/release of Abbey Dawn By Avril Lavigne at the The Viper Room in West Hollywood, California. Avril looked gorgeous, as always.
